These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the mobile application Arm world (the “App”), developed by Alexanr Kuzminou (the “Developer”).

5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. The Developer is not liable for: • device or Apple service failures, • loss of data, • consequences of using or not being able to use the App.
6. Changes
The Developer may amend these Terms. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.
